This pink
journal has a tree made of paste paper and buttons. Tied onto the
spine are wooden beads and some gorgeous fibers. I love the addition
of the word "GROW" in a typewriter key style. This was added
to cover up a mistake and it turned out to be an important part of
the cover art.

The front and
back covers are quite different on this journal. The front says, "Energy
Dancing" and "Ideas Flowing." On the back: "Time
Flies" and "Time Stands Still." I am using this book
in my weekly class as a "learning journal." I had all the
students make one so we can experiment with different paiting and
collaging tecniques.
